Booking Policy:

Please take a moment to review my policies before booking an appointment. Each policy is in place so that I provide the best services possible for each client. I appreciate your feedback, feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have about my service policies. Thank you! 

Customer "Lash" Satisfaction:                                                        

My hope is that every client leaves happily after every lash appointment. I always guarantee that each clients lash retention can last up to 2-3 weeks minimum before needing a "fill." If lashes fall out in the first 3 days, I always offer a free touchup at no charge as long as the touch up is made within the first 5 days of the original appointment.  

Requirements on Arrival:                                               

Please arrive with clean,  oil free, and make-up free lashes. This will give you the best retention possible. Avoid caffeine consumption before an appointment. 

New Clients booking online:                                                       

For new clients that are booking appointments online, I may contact you and request a $35 deposit that is non-additional yet non-refundable. The deposit will be needed to reserve the appointment.

"Foreign Fill" Policy:                                                        

I do accept "foreign fill" clients. However, I must observe the lashes and foreign work. This includes a detailed consultation in order to determine if a fill is appropriate. Foreign fills may not be guaranteed. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling:                                                        

I charge a $35 fee (based on the service(s) scheduled) for both cancelled and re-scheduled appointments that are made with 24 hours of the appointment time. For clients that want to rebook, I will request an upfront $35 fee (based on the service(s) scheduled) for deposit that is non-additional yet non-refundable. The deposit will be needed to reserve the appointment. 

"No-Show's":                                                       

I charge a $35 fee (based on the service(s) scheduled) for "no-shows" appointments. (No-shows: Clients who book and do not show to the appointment.) The fee is charged after 20 minutes of the missed appointment time. No exceptions.

If a client wants to rebook, I will request another upfront $35 fee (based on the service(s) scheduled) for deposit that is non-additional yet non-refundable. The deposit will be needed to reserve the appointment. 

Fills:                                                       

Fills must be made within 2-3 weeks of the last appointment date and time. And  clients must have at least 25% (or 20 lashes on each eye.) Anything over 3 weeks and/or is less than 25% (20 lashes on each eye) is considered a fullest. 

Aftercare Policy:                                                       

If a client experiences any retention issues within the first 3 days of their initial appointment, I offer a complimentary touch up. These touch up appointments must be made within the first 5 days of the original appointment. If lashes are not properly cared for by a client, I will observe and determine what the next appropriate course of action is. 

Refunds & Exchanges:                                               

All services and products sold are final sale. No refunds or exchanged will be issues. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product you agree with this policy. 

Allergic Reactions:                                               

If you have experienced an allergic reaction, please contact me immediately to access the situation. If you have experienced any sensitivities or allergies to eyelash extensions in the past, please let me know before your appointment. A patch test or a "free mini trial" can be administered to determine an allergy, though I cannot guarantee you may not experience an allergic reaction or not in the future. If you are not a candidate for eyelash extensions, I will remove them free of charge. I do not offer any refunds to services rendered.

Covid-19 Restrictions:

By following state, cdc, who and sola guidelines and I'm excited to announce that the studio is back open. At this time, I will not be able to accommodate any walk-in appointments. All services are by “appointment only” until further notice. Due to the ongoing pandemic, they're some new restrictions. 

  • All clients must wear face masks or face coverings once you enter our building and through the entire appointment. No one else can come into the room, that includes friends, family, spouses, etc. (If you don't have a mask, we can supply one for $2.)
  • All clients must wait in their vehicles. Text or call when you arrive and we will physically come get you. Currently, waiting in the hallways is currently forbidden. 
  • All clients that are feeling sick or have someone in there household who feels sick must reschedule.
